1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Egnworks, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Egnworks provides technology and development solutions including cybersecurity consulting and implementation, custom software development, cloud infrastructure management, penetration testing and security audits, as well as technical support and maintenance services.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access information provided to you. Unauthorized access or use of our systems is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, including software, documentation, and methodologies, remain the property of Egnworks unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client data and proprietary information remain the property of the client.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of service provision. This obligation survives termination of services for a period of three (3) years.

6. Limitation of Liability

Egnworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, client data will be returned or securely destroyed according to agreed procedures. Fees for completed work remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Egnworks operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
